Methodology

Read. Connect.
Move. Understand.

Four steps. One system. The same methodology applied to every project, regardless of size or industry.

The process

Every project, the same rigor.

Phase one

Read

Before designing anything, we listen. We don't assume we know the community — we map it. We study its codes, rituals, spaces, leaders and real conversations.

This phase is what most distinguishes MeatPacking. Many agencies arrive with a ready proposal at the first meeting. We arrive with questions. Because a brand that enters a community the wrong way doesn't just fail — it causes damage.

Ethnographic research on the target community
Mapping of opinion leaders and cultural gatekeepers
Analysis of conversations, platforms and key moments
Identification of the brand's possible role in the ecosystem
Strategic brief based on real findings, not assumptions
Phase two

Connect

With the map in hand, we design the flow. The back-and-forth between the brand and its people. Not a one-way campaign — a connection system that feeds itself and grows.

In this phase we define the exact format, touchpoints, calendar and content. Every decision has a rationale based on what we learned in the previous phase.

Experience or central activation design
Physical and digital touchpoint definition
Content and amplification strategy
Partnership and talent identification and management
Contingency plan and risk management
Phase three

Move

Creativity gets attention. Execution drives results. This is where we differentiate most from the competition: we execute with surgical precision, coordinate all fronts and measure every impact.

When we finish, we deliver more than a report — we deliver intelligence. What we learned in this activation feeds the next one.

Full project production and operation
Real-time coordination of all stakeholders
Content generation during execution
Live metrics monitoring
Final report with insights and strategic recommendations
Phase four

Understand

For much of the 20th century, the entertainment industry chased one obsession: reaching everyone. The logic seemed unquestionable. More audience meant more power. More reach meant more value. More distribution meant more influence. Television, film, music, sports and advertising were all built around that premise.

The goal was to find the lowest common denominator capable of attracting the largest possible number of people. And for decades, it worked.

But that system depended on one fundamental condition: that culture was organized around a few shared centers of attention. That condition no longer exists.

The theoretical framework

The Belonging Economy:
the why behind the how.

The concept developed by one of MeatPacking's co-founders in his upcoming book The Belonging Economy. It's the framework that explains why some brands generate communities that defend them — and others only have audiences that ignore them.

Entertainment stopped being content. It became infrastructure. Brands that understand this don't just grow — they endure.

Stage 01
Audience
The most basic relationship. People receive content passively. They consume. They watch. There's no real emotional bond with the brand.
Stage 02
Participation
People begin to interact. They comment, share, create. The relationship becomes two-way. The brand can start listening.
Stage 03
Identity
The community names itself. The brand's values become personal values. Belonging to the group defines who you are.
Stage 04
Belonging
The most powerful stage. Members defend the community, evangelize newcomers and stay despite alternatives. The brand becomes irreplaceable.

Our principles

What we never compromise on any project.

Execution is sacred

Creativity gets attention. Execution drives results. Poor implementation damages the brand, the client's career and our reputation. We never compromise it.

The community leads

We don't impose the brand on the community. We design the role the brand can play authentically and sustainably. If that role doesn't exist, we say so before we start.

No data, no decision

Every dollar invested must be justifiable. We define KPIs before we start and measure rigorously during and after. Reporting isn't an extra — it's part of the service.

End-to-end or nothing

We don't sell strategy without execution or production without strategy. Our value is in integrating all parts. Fragmented projects generate fragmented results.

Real access, not stories

Our differentiator isn't what we say we know — it's what we can actually do. Real access to communities, leagues, platforms and creators that others don't have.

Full transparency

We report what works and what doesn't. Negative learnings are as valuable as positive ones. We build long-term relationships, not one-off projects.

Next step

Start a partnership.
